Villa Dlan is a magnificent four bedroom vila perched in the eastern bay of Molunat and in close proximity of Dubrovnik. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and sits in 4.5 hectares of land. The most noticeable flora are the orange and olive trees planted on many terraces.

Enriched with terracotta roof and flooring, a paved stone terrace, a Tuscany ochre facade, and surrounded by orange trees, Villa Dlan offers a genuine rustic ambiance that one would expect when searching for an authentic, Mediterranean experience.

The property has four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.  Each bedroom has wood-framed high ceilings and modern queen-size beds. The rooms are airy and relaxing.
 

Further indoor amenities includes a well equipped kitchen, dining table for eight and a living room. The living area has a a large leather sofa and a big-screen LED TV.

The outdoor area of Villa Dlan is equally as impressive with two spacious terraces, three balconies and a pool-surrounding terrace are scattered on multiple levels allowing you to choose between savouring the Adriatic sun or enjoying the shade under one of the numerous trees around the property. The swimming pool is a 5 x 14 meters-long and surrounded by sun beds from which you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

You may wish to head down the hidden path to your own beach area which is carved into the rocks. The beach has wooden deck chairs for 8 people, an outdoor shower, a natural beach pool for children and a kayak for three people.
