Villa Kraljica is a luxury sea view villa with pool near Dubrovnik featuring five bedrooms and accommodating up to 10 guests. This spectacular villa is newly built and located among ancient olive groves and vineyards in the charming town of Orasac. Orasac is just 15 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik and features wonderful natural surroundings and stunning views across the sea out to the famous Elafiti Islands.

Villa Kraljica is only five minutes from the local beaches and restaurants but offers a private place to relax and unwind. Traditional stone and modern glass surfaces blend in perfectly with the Mediterranean surroundings. The villa is spread over two floors. There are four luxury bedroom suites each with ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the sea. Villa also features two additional guest’s toilets, fully equipped modern kitchen, an open plan contemporary living and dinning area with direct exit to the terrace and magnificent views to the sea. Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi are available as well to ensure complete relaxation.

Outside is a spacious terrace and large infinity heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and alfresco dining area with BBQ. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
