Villa Princeza Orasac is a wonderful five-bedroom villa in the Orosac area and offers spectacular ocean views. Guests can choose to relax at this luxury villa or explore the sites of Dubrovnik which is only a 15-minute drive away.

Villa Princeza Orasac is located in natural surroundings with panoramic views of Elafiti islands. The villa is spread over two floors and comprised five luxury bedroom suites, each with ensuite bathroom. Four bedrooms feature kingsize bed and one bedroom has twin beds which are located on the lower level and have direct access to the terrace. The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining area which leads directly out to the expansive terrace area. Another feature for guests enjoyment is a Finnish Sauna.

The wide terrace features an infinity heated swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and al fresco dining area with BBQ. This is a great place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The villa is surrounded by the lush greenery of olive, lemon and pine trees.

The nearest beach is only five minutes from the villa.
