The complex consists of 14 three-bedroom villas each featuring a private pool with sunbeds and a garden furniture   The 120sqm villas have 3 bedrooms over 2 floors with lpacious living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen.    They are able to accommodate 2-6 persons. On the ground floor you can find the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and cloakroom. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is rectangular, 18m³, with depth of 1.40m. All villas are open to a veranda which are equipped with dining table, sunbeds and umbrellas.  Villas also have private parking for 1 car. They are specially designed in advantageous location to offer luxury and comfort.

There are 4 four bedroom villas feature the same amenities of the three bedrooms  but larger in size, occupying 180sqm and boasting direct sea views whilst accommodating up to 8 persons.  . On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and a cloakroom. The first floor houses  the master bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and a balcony which is shared with a twin-bedded room. The fourth bedroom features  2 twin bedrooms, a balcony and a bathroom with jacuzzi.

The villas are serviced by the nearby Louis Althea Beach hotel. Check in from 14:00 at the reception of the hotel and you will be taken to your villa from there. Guests staying in the villas can use the facilities of the hotel, this includes a Gym, SPA, 3 swimming pools, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, lobby, tennis court, kids playground.
