Upon entering the villa you will find the large, modern, open plan kitchen, living and dining area with patio doors that lead pit to a spacious pool and garden area. The living room features comfortably sofas and Satellite TV. The dining table can accommodate 8 persons and the kitchen is well equipped.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has double bed. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with bathtub and overhead shower.
The other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, both with single beds. There is also a pool table and table football as well as a bathroom with shower.
Outside Protaras 465, in the large spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, outside shower, sun loungers and a large private pool overlooking the beautiful sea views.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 350 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
