Overview

Villa Ubalda is a stunning six bedroom villa on the French Riviera, perfect for large groups and families to come together in a harmonious atmosphere. Located in the family friendly estate Domaine du Gaou, the house has been designed in the typical and traditional style of the area, using natural stone, glass and wood. The bakery, tennis courts, and private beach with its restaurant are just a 5 minute walk from the house.

The house is built across two levels. Arriving through the large wooden rotating door you will be struck by the lightness of the living areas. The whole area is open plan with distinct areas for dining and relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar leads to the indoor dining area, which in turn leads to the main living area with its feature floating fireplace. A cozy TV area completes the indoor spaces, while glass sliding doors lead outside to the large terrace that spans the whole length of the house and overlooks the pool and garden. On the terrace you will find ample outdoor furniture for relaxing and al-fresco dining. The house is east facing so is the perfect place to watch the sunrises.

The ground floor is also home to the master bedroom which boasts a lounge, desk, dressing room and en-suite shower room, as well as direct access to the terrace.

Five additional bedrooms are located on the lower level and all have access to the lower terrace and garden. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite shower room. The additional rooms are set up as family rooms, each consisting of two bedrooms sharing either a shower room or a bathroom. A separate toilet is shared by these family rooms. The laundry room is also located on this level.

The vast garden, one of the largest on the estate, is definitely the crown jewel of Villa Ubalda. It is the perfect place to play ball games, pétanque, or simply relax by the heated pool and enjoy sunset drinks around the wooden bar.
