Overview

Casa Marie is set within a large, one-acre secluded plot just steps away from the ocean. A ten minute stroll will find you in the trendy area of Barbati Beach where you can enjoy upmarket beachfront restaurants and bars.

Renovated in 2018 by an Italian architect, the villa can accommodate 12 guests comfortably across the main villa, studio and guest house. Marvel at the sweeping views of the sea and across to Corfu town from terraces. Relax by the large pool or take a cooling dip in the ocean from your private swim platform. Cook up a storm on the large gas bbq and enjoy your meals alfresco in the outside dining area.

MAIN VILLA 
In the main villa of Casa Marie you will find a comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace,  large sofa and flat screen TV. Next to the living room you will find the beautiful dining room, with a solid wood dining table that can accommodate all twelve guests comfortably. Cook local or familiar dishes for the whole family in the bright, fully fitted kitchen.

Heading up the stairs you will discover the first large split level bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is also located on this level, through a gallery area. The master features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. There is also a small nursery next to this room. For two additional guests there is a comfortable sofa bed in the gallery area.

STUDIO
Located next to the villa with a separate entrance, the studio can accommodate up to three guests on a queen bed and a single. There is also a small kitchenette and ensuite bathroom along with an outdoor terrace.

GUEST HOUSE 
Just a few steps from the main villa, the guest house can also accommodate up to three people on a king bed and a single. It boasts a modern shower room, TV and floor to ceiling windows that can be opened out to the large terrace with stunning views of the grounds and ocean beyond.
