Villa Kiara is the perfect choice for those wanting to be in a central location and do not want to worry about a rental car. With views overlooking the waterfront and fishing harbour, the cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos is only a five minute walk away and here you can enjoy local bars, restaurants, shops, cafes and of course the beach!

This newly renovated and contemporary villa is set over four levels and is extremely bright, airy and spacious. As you enter into the main ground level you will find a large open plan living and dining area that opens out onto a veranda with spectacular views of the waterfront. Live your best 'Al fresco' life with a comfortable outside lounge area and dining table that can seat up to 8 as well as a full brick BBQ.

Back inside and you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, as well as a Nespresso Machine for those that cannot live without their coffee hit in the mornings. A utility room with washing machine and a shower room are also located on the ground floor.

Heading up the first flight of stairs you will come to bedroom number one which is a double room with a private bathroom. Up the next flight of stairs to the top floor and you will find a further two double rooms that share a bathroom. Both rooms open out onto a spectacular rooftop veranda with even better views than downstairs!

The final bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. This room is accessible through both an internal staircase and a separate entrance to the driveway. Ideal for those who may be out later than the rest of the party and do not want to disturb when coming home!
