Overview

Almyra Residence is a wonderful three bedroom villa that offers guests to enjoy the breath-taking views across the bay to Souda and the coastal Hills. The villa can comfortably accommodate six guests and is great for a group of friends or a family.

On the ground level is an impressive and spacious open plan living area with comfortable seating and a dining area for 8 guests. The kitchen is well equipped and features modern appliances. Large glass sliding doors lead out to the patio where you will find the outdoor heated swimming pool.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite has king size bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi as well as magnificent sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be configured as a king size and has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms open up to a balcony via sliding doors - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the panoramic views.

The third bedroom features twin beds that can e converted into a king size bed and is located on the lower level. This bedroom has a luxury bathroom with steam shower, sauna and there is also a mini gym on this level. Sliding doors lead out to a courtyard garden which provides access to the swimming pool terrace.

Almyra Residence is nestled in mature gardens and you can enjoy relaxing in the shade or on one of the comfortable sun loungers around the swimming pool. Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the poolside terrace.

The villa is one of three villas and is just a short stroll from the sandy beaches and village of Almyrida with ample selection of good waterside tavernas and cafes.
