Overview

Villa Aqua Coco is a beautiful newly built three bedroom villa with stunning views out over the bay of Chania. Several traditional Greek villages are within easy reach, as is the Cretan coast with its beautiful beaches and secluded coves. The city of Chania is just a 45 minute drive away.

Set over two levels, the villa makes the most of the panoramic views with multiple terraces and balconies. On the lower level guests will find a spacious and tastefully designed open plan living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room boasts spectacular views of the pool area and bay beyond. A guest toilet and the first bedroom are also located on this level. The king room has an ensuite shower room and enjoys direct access to the pool area.

On the upper floor guests will find the master bedroom with a King bed, ensuite shower room and access to a shared and private terrace. An additional double bedroom with king bed and ensuite shower room also has access to a private balcony.

The exterior of Villa Aqua Coco boasts multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The private heated infinity pool is the perfect place to relax with a good book, while the outdoor kitchen and large outdoor dining table are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining.
