Overview

Villa Edge is a newly built four bedroom villa dramatically perched on the side of a cliff, overlooking the bay of Souda. The little Koutalas beach is only a 5 minute drive away and is perfect for swimming and snorkelling in the crystal clear water. For those wishing to visit Chania it is only a 40 minute drive away.

The villa is split across multiple levels due to its setting on the cliff side. The main living area is on the pool level and boasts a large corner sofa and dining table that seats 8. This area leads through to a stylish Italian kitchen with everything you could need to prepare meals for the family, including a central island with seating.

Villa Edge boasts four large ensuite bathrooms. The first is located on the main pool level, two are on the top level and one on the lower level. Two bedrooms feature a King Bed and two feature Twin Beds that can be converted to Kings. Two bedrooms also feature a bath as well as the showers. Each bedroom has a furnished balcony offering spectacular sea views.

On the lower level guests will find a playroom/gym with a sofa bed. A cross trainer and treadmill are available for those wanting to keep fit on their holidays.

The exterior of Villa Edge really does have something for everyone. A heated infinity pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Greek sunshine, while a jacuzzi is there for when the evenings get a little cooler. For the kids (and big kids!) table tennis and table football are available for friendly tournaments. Multiple terraces are scattered around the outside and a large covered area is perfect for alfresco meals.
