Overview

Villa Epalvi is a modern, six bedroom luxury villa located in close proximity to Heraklion. This wonderful villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its sumptuous bedrooms.

On entering the villa, there is a staircase that leads to the upper floor where there are four bedrooms - three king size bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private entrance connected to the gym area. The fitness room has large, floor to ceiling glass windows so you can continue to enjoy the magnificent views even when working out.  Each bedroom has satellite TV, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a wrap-around balcony.

Another staircase leads from the main entrance hall to the ground level where the master bedroom is located. The master bedroom features king-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom as well as a balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent ocean views. As well as the five bedrooms in the main villa, there is a private apartment below the pool with a king size bed.

Also on this level is the living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned and has Smart TV, comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows.

The outside of Villa Epalvi is equally as impressive with a wonderful sun-kissed terrace and breath-taking ocean views. You can spend the day relaxing on an elegant sun lounger and savour the views, or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool. Or you may wish to dip in the Aegean sea as a path leads from the villa to a small beach. You may wish to enjoy a late afternoon BBQ and relish alfresco meals at the shaded dining area.
