Set on a peaceful hillside on the Akrotiri Peninsula, just under 8km from the centre of Chania, Villa Oleander is a spacious and stylish retreat, perfect for families or groups seeking privacy, comfort, and a touch of luxury. With easy access to beautiful beaches and the charming old town, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing Cretan getaway.

Designed as a private resort set within a full acre of land (4,000 sqm), the villa offers a generous 500 sqm of living space across two independent levels. Each floor functions as a self-contained guesthouse with its own private entrance (there are three separate entrances in total), giving guests the flexibility and privacy that’s ideal for multi-generational families or several couples sharing.

In total, Villa Oleander features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Each level has two spacious bathrooms, its own fully equipped kitchen, and an airy open-plan living and dining area, all designed to feel light, inviting and breezy. High ceilings and large windows bring in natural light throughout, while each room offers direct access to the garden or private terraces, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living.
