Overview

Villa Stigmi is a stunning, newly built five bedroom villa in the heart of Chania Town. Located in the quiet residential area Dikastiria, local shops, cafes and restaurants are all within easy access. The small beach Koum Kapi is a 10 minute walk away, while the larger beach area of Kalathas is a 20 minute drive.

The villa is modern and elegant with plenty of light and airy spaces and features both an indoor and outdoor pool. The villa is spread over two levels. Entering on the ground floor guests will find a stylish area decorated in neutral tones, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchens is perfect for cooking delicious meals with local produce for your family and friends. The dining and living area has a large flat screen TV and fireplace for cozy nights in.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground level, all boasting king sized beds and luxury ensuite bathrooms. A further two bedrooms are located on the lower level, one with a king bed and one with twin beds, both also with luxury ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms have either a walk-in shower or a bathtub.

The lower floor is also home to the indoor pool as well as a well stocked wine cellar and additional kitchen. Both kitchens also have wine coolers.
