Overview

Villa Sunshine is a stylish six bedroom villa, sympathetically designed to blend architecture with nature, and offer sea views from every room. The villa is located close to the small town of Methoni in the Messinia region of mainland Greece. The region offers culture and activities including several ancient castles as well as several world class golf courses.

The interior of the villa has been thoughtfully decorated in neutral tones and minimalist design features as well as utilising natural materials such as wood and stone. Entering the villa, guests will notice the open plan yet cozy living room with fireplace and ample seating, large dining table and full kitchen, ideal for cooking delicious meals for the whole family. An alfresco dinning table and lounge on this level is the perfect place to enjoy drinks and meals on a warm Greek evening.

All six ensuite bedrooms in Villa Sunshine are located along the corridor to the right of the living area. Each one has a shower in the bathroom and the final bedroom also has a bath. Each room boasts spectacular sea views.

Descending the outdoor steps, gusts will discover the large infinity pool along with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, the perfect place to while away the hours on holiday. For those wanting a little competition, a petanque court is located between the terrace and the swimming pool.

For those wanting additional luxury experiences, a private chef can be arranged as well as private yoga sessions.
