Villa Artmeis is a distinctive 145 sq.m. Cycladic stone residence sitting on a 2,000 sq.m. plot and was completely refurbished in 2022. It is surrounded by large amphitheater-style verandas and a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, a BBQ and Pool Bar kiosk, and multiple lounge areas. It has a fantastic location only 250m from the town centre.
The villa enjoys a prime location near the heart of Apollonia (just a 4-minute walk), offering both privacy and convenience. It is situated opposite the medical center, close to the shops, and just steps from the main bus stop that connects to all the island’s beaches. In the town center you’ll find restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, a pharmacy, banks, and various shops.
Panoramic views surround the property. From the main veranda, guests can admire the endless Aegean blue and neighboring islands on the horizon. The house also boasts views over the characteristic Cycladic landscape, whitewashed villages with cobblestone alleys, blue-domed churches, green hills, and the ancient Acropolis of Agios Andreas, which is particularly captivating when illuminated at night.
