Set in the hills of the Tzanes area on Paros, Thita Estate is a beautifully designed private retreat with panoramic views across the Aegean Sea towards Naxos and, on clear days, Mykonos. Elevated approximately 120 metres above sea level, the estate enjoys a breathtaking 180-degree seascape and is also within easy reach of Marpissa and the island’s beaches.

Made up of two separate villas, the Main Villa with its annex and a Satellite Villa located around 30 metres away, Thita Estate has six bedrooms across the estate and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. With two private pools and plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas, it is ideal for extended families or groups of friends travelling together, offering both privacy and shared spaces.

The Main Villa blends natural stone and crisp white architecture. At its heart is a bright, open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, traditional dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. A wooden mezzanine provides a peaceful reading or workspace nook, while an outdoor walled hot tub is a great place to unwind. 

The Main Villa has three en-suite double bedrooms within the main house, including a master bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace and sea views. One of the bedrooms has its own private entrance from the courtyard and a secluded patio. Just steps away, the self-contained annex is split over three open-plan levels, with a kitchenette, living area and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. 

Relax by the infinity-edge swimming pool on comfortable sun loungers and built-in stone seating under the shaded pergola, while the outdoor dining area and BBQ are perfectly positioned for long summer lunches and sunset dinners overlooking the sea.

The Satellite Villa consists of two independent suites, each with its own entrance, kitchenette, living area, double bedroom and en-suite shower room. One suite is arranged over three levels and includes a sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. Both suites open onto private pergolas with sea views and share a charming smaller pool, offering a more intimate setting within the estate.
