Serenus Villa is perched on a ridge over the Ionian Sea and overlooks Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea. The villa features six bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. With luxury interiors, plus day beds, breath-taking views and only 200 metres from the beach, this is a perfect choice for the most discerning traveller.

Serenus Villa is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility and privacy.

The villa spans over 2 floors and has an elevator. There are wooden floors throughout. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a large dining room, office, sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest powder room and a bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom.

Five bedrooms are located on the upper level, one with fireplace. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms open onto large verandas with breath-taking views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

The villa's fabulous location offers the best of both worlds, blending secluded privacy with convenience. The nearest beach is just 200m away on foot, while Laganas beach is 11km to the north. The island's capital (also named Zakynthos), is 18km away. Serenus Villa is 17km from Zakynthos Airport, and 18km from Zakynthos' Main Port.
