Overview

Villa Raphael is a wonderful four bedroom villa perfect for those who want the indulgence of having a small, sandy beach on your doorstep. Villa Raphael is located on the south part of Zante near a small village called Lithakia.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms are located on the top floor,  and have balconies with spectacular views to the sea and the surrounding area. These bedrooms each have ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is located on the ground floor and features queen-size double bed with ensuite bathroom.

Master Bedroom I
This bedroom is situated on the ground floor, has a double queen bed and view to the beautiful garden. It also features:

Also on the ground floor is a spacious living room with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that overlooks the private swimming pool and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar ideal for preparing any kind of meal, and a large dining table. A laundry room features a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The outside area of Villa Raphael is beautiful - a large lawn area is the perfect spot for games, a private swimming pool complete with sun loungers and umbrellas set on a stone paved terrace. There is a shaded alfresco seating area that looks out to sea views and the perfect spot for an evening cocktail. Evening dining can be enjoyed outdoors and amenities also include a BBQ and outdoor Pizza oven.

A private path leads you from Villa Raphael within a 1-minute walk to the semi-private beach below the villa. The view from here to the bay of Laganas and Marathonisi Island is marvellous while the water is shallow and gets deeper gradually, making this beach ideal for children. Private sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
