Villa Reni is a quaint and welcoming 2-bedroomed villa with private pool, enjoying a privileged location in the area of Marathias, close to Limni Keri. Providing the most amazing views over the sea and Marathonisi Island, Villa Reni can sleep up to 6 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Villa Reni is just 600 metres from the nearest beach and 100m from the nearest taverna.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been finished to a good standard in Zakynthian style. There is a spacious and inviting lounge (satellite TV, one single sofa bed, one double sofa bed, wi-fi internet) with open plan kitchen (fully equipped with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday) as well as 2 bedrooms and one family shower room. The bedrooms are respectively a double and a twin, both spacious and with generously sized wardrobes. Spacious terraces provide beautiful views over the terraces and the gardens.

Outside, the villa enjoys a newly added private swimming pool surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces. The views over the sea and Marathonisi Island are truly amazing, both day and night. The pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.4m) and is equipped with comfortable sun beds. Outdoor dining area and barbecue are also available for the guests to enjoy.
