Perched on the hillside just above the historic centre of Amalfi, Villa Colle Verde is an elegant semi-detached residence with panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea and the town’s distinctive cathedral. Its elevated position offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle below, while the centre of Amalfi remains within walking distance. The villa’s recently renovated interiors combine clean-lined furnishings and a soft, contemporary colour palette with traditional details, including exposed beams, sloping ceilings and hand-painted Vietri ceramic tiles. With its private garden, infinity pool and several sea-view terraces, the property offers a comfortable base for enjoying the Amalfi Coast.

Villa Colle Verde accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature individual colour schemes, with a mix of king and queen beds. The blue king bedroom has a sloping ceiling and direct access to a terrace, while the orange king bedroom and purple queen bedroom also have en-suite shower rooms. The green king bedroom completes the accommodation, with its own sloping ceiling and private bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have hairdryers available in the bathrooms. The spacious living area features a working fireplace and a separate TV lounge with a large sofa, creating a comfortable setting for relaxing together. Large windows and skylights bring natural light into the interiors, while the fully equipped kitchen serves the adjoining dining room. A guest bathroom and generous storage space add to the practical comforts.

Outside, Villa Colle Verde has a private infinity swimming pool and sun deck, providing a lovely spot to unwind while looking out across the sea and Amalfi’s historic rooftops. Three separate panoramic terraces and a furnished rooftop offer a choice of places to sit, dine or enjoy the views at different times of day. The manicured garden adds greenery and privacy, with the cathedral and historic centre forming a distinctive backdrop. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors, Smart TVs with Netflix, a Bose sound system, a dishwasher, washing machine, safe, charcoal barbecue and security system. 

Villa Colle Verde is ideally positioned for exploring Amalfi and the surrounding coastline. The town centre is within walking distance, although reaching the villa involves a combination of public lift access and steps, so guests should be comfortable with the hillside setting. In Amalfi, visitors can explore the impressive cathedral, browse artisan shops and enjoy the cafés and restaurants around the main piazza. Positano and Praiano make worthwhile excursions along the scenic coastal road, while Ravello is renowned for its gardens, historic villas and spectacular viewpoints. Boat trips offer another way to discover the coastline and its smaller coves, with connections to Capri and other nearby destinations.
