Overview

Villa Oras is a wonderful two-storey villa featuring four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. You can enjoy the magnificent, sweeping views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The property offers 350 square metres of living space and features a private swimming pool, a beautiful garden and terraces with sea views.

Entering Villa Oras via a paved garden full of lemon trees, grapefruit trees, banana trees and palm trees, you will reach the pool area. Days can be spent relaxing in the garden and enjoying the breath-taking views and the scent of the trees.

A well equipped, open-plan kitchen, two spacious living rooms and a veranda are located on the first floor. There are three double bedrooms, each with a private terrace, king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The suite is divided into two areas with a private living area with double sofa bed, a private bathroom and the master bedroom.

The living areas have been tastefully furnished and include two corner sofas and tables. Ancient Etruscan vases and original paintings adorn the living room In this room where you will also find Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. You can access the veranda and outside areas via the living room.

The pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) long by 4 meters (13 feet) wide, from 1 meter (3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October.

For those that wish to venture out and explore the wonderful Amalfi Coast, you are only 0.6 miles from Marina di Seiano, where you will find restaurants, cocktail bars and the beach. You will find the bus stop 10 meters from the villa and the train station at 100 meters from the Villa.
