Overview

Villa Jean is a jaw-dropping historic complex boasting a lovingly converted ancient tower and four historic annex buildings, situated in a sprawling estate with access to a private cove. There’s also an impressive double-level swimming pool, making this an Italian villa quite unlike any other.

The three-storey tower is the estate’s centrepiece, combining rustic, angular architecture with breath-taking views and airy interiors. Surrounding this magnificent icon is a scattering of ‘dependencies’, each providing elegant air-conditioned accommodation for between two and four guests depending on the annex.

Villa Jean’s estate is simply stunning, and impressively large, meaning the complimentary electric golf cart is a useful asset. Discover hidden vistas and follow the winding pathway down to your very own private cove for swimming and relaxing. The dramatic split-level swimming pool and range of sun terraces ensure that outdoor space is at a maximum.

Tower

Ground Floor

The ground floor is the living space, providing a seating area, a separate dining room with magnificent views and a kitchen with adjoining pantry.

First Floor

Accessed via an external staircase, this level provides an airy living room with a flat-screen television and fireplace, as well as a guest bathroom.

Second Floor

This upper level features a queen bedroom with an en-suite featuring a spacious bathroom, as well as a panoramic sundeck with an outdoor shower.

Annex L

This annex is close to the main tower and is for two guests. It features a queen bedroom with mini-fridge, as well as a special shower boasting sea views.

Annex C

This annex is close to the swimming pool and is for two guests. It offers a queen bedroom with a fireplace and a mini-fridge, plus a bathroom with shower and a large living area that opens onto an exclusive private terrace.

Annex F

This larger annex is for up to four guests and provides a main queen bedroom with mini-fridge, as well as a twin bedroom with direct terrace access. The two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

Annex N

This annex is located near the swimming pool and is for two guests. The queen bedroom offers a mini-fridge and an en-suite bathroom, as well as terrace access.

Please note that all bedrooms offer air-conditioning.

Villa Jean is close to Amalfi, Maori, and Ravello and provides private access to its own seaside cove.
