Villa Mirabel is the grand dame of the estate, presiding over the lake’s shore with the poise and grace of a historic chateau. This seven-bedroom villa boasts a palatial interior adorned with elegant furnishings and a timeless décor. Entry is via a grand frescoed main hall which leads to an inviting music room, a living room with welcoming seating close to a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room for refined meal times and an expansive well-equipped kitchen. Head upstairs to find a second living room with a television and a terrace offering sweeping lake views, and head to the second floor for an additional sitting room with a bar and kitchenette area.

Villa Venus may offer six bedrooms where Villa Mirabel boasts seven, but this elegant villa is another remarkable manse, with a romantic charm that’s sure to impress. Entry is also via a frescoed hall, which leads to an impressive library room where guests can read in front of the cosy fire. Upstairs there is a stunning frescoed cupola with a balcony for enjoying the views, while downstairs at the shore level, guests can discover a wonderful frescoed salon and dining room which is warmed by a huge double fireplace and provides direct access to the lake view terrace. There is also a laundry room and a fully-equipped kitchen for convenience.

Outside, guests can discover an estate of some seven acres, featuring an impressive 200 square metre outdoor pool that reaches depths of up nearly three metres! There are three separate sun terraces surrounding the pool, all taking full advantage of the lake views. Casa Serenita enjoys spectacular, unobstructed views of Lake Como. The two residences are separated by a historic harbour flanked by ancient terracotta statues. From the property’s park, you can exit through a private gate and enter the nearest village, with its charming square on the harbour, a 17th-century church and the village’s garden with its lovely pergola.
