Casa Gia is a 10 bedroom property dating back to the 17th century and located in a specatacular setting on Lake Maggiore and offers breathtaking views.

The comfortable 3-floor villa sleeps up to 12 people and it has been recently restored by the owners. While the annex, with an independent access, can accommodate a further 4 guests. The house is incredibly bright and it has been tastefully furnished mixing old pieces of furniture with modern ones.

Main Villa - can accommodate 12 guests

Ground floor:

Open space with living room and dining room; living kitchen; entrance; guest bathroom; laundry room; loggia.

First floor:

Master double bedroom overlooking lake and one twin bedroom overlooking lake. One twin bedroom overlooking loggia. living room with TV; 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bathtub); balcony; Mezzanine twin bedroom with a working area.

Second Floor:

Double bedroom and twin bedroom overlooking the lake and park; bathroom (shower), balcony

Guesthouse - can accommodate 4 guests

Ground Floor:

Living area with sofa and kitchenette, twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together), bathroom (shower), washing machine.

First Floor:

Lake view living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom (bathtub).

Alfresco dining can be enjoyed both in the outside dining area in front of the villa as well as in the attractive internal central loggia.

The park is home to four gardens - Italian, English, Japanese and French with an abundance of various plants. The owners are careful to preserve and maintain this elegant park.

From the house , guests will be able to admire the breathtaking views of the Lake Maggiore which can be reached by walk (5 minutes approximately from the villa).
