Located in Ostuni countryside of the Itria Valley, Casa Minstral is a recently renovated property surrounded by agricultural land, olive groves and Trulli relics. This beautiful property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in five double bedrooms.

The home design of Casa Minstral, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with modern tiled floors and tuff stone walls together with vaulted ceilings that lend a rustic and airy feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Apulian residential architecture, such as the exposed stones, are combined with contemporary touches, like bottom to ceiling windows and modern infrastructure and energy-saving systems. Materials include Tuff stone, lime, and wood locally sourced. Trendy yet very comfortable, this is an elegant retreat full of light and welcoming vibes, blending traditional and modern Apulian architecture.

Bedroom One - Located in the main building on the ground floor and features Queen bed 160 cm by 190 cm and ensuite shower room. Bedroom is air conditioned and features 32" Smart TV and has garden view.

Bedroom Two - Located in the main building on the ground floor and features Queen bed 160 cm by 190 cm and ensuite shower room. Bedroom is air conditioned and features 32" Smart TV and has direct access to the patio.

Bedroom Three - Located in the main building on the ground floor and features Queen bed 160 cm by 190 cm and shares a bathroom with bedroom four. Bedroom is air conditioned and features 32" Smart TV and has garden view.

Bedroom Four - Located in the main building on the ground floor and features Queen bed 160 cm by 190 cm and shares a bathroom with bedroom three. Bedroom is air conditioned and features 32" Smart TV and has garden view and direct access to the patio.

Bedroom Five - Located in an annex and features Queen bed 160 cm by 190 cm and has ensuite shower room. Bedroom is air conditioned and features 32" Smart TV and has garden view and independent access.

Casa Minstral also features a living room and kitchen.  The living area has Smart home devices such as a 80’ smart TV and Bluetooth sound system and the kitchen features a fridge with an integrated freezer and ice machine, a pod coffee machine, and a microwave.

The outside area is spectacular and measures 15.000 m2. There is a swimming pool and hot tub for relaxing afternoons as well as alfresco seating for 14 persons, an alfresco kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and another dining table for 12 people and comfortable outdoor seating. There are several sun loungers around the pool area.
