Overview

Casa Gina is a rustic four bedroom Sicily villa nestled on a hilltop with views of Cefalu's La Rocca. The villa has plenty of outdoor space for social gatherings and a lovely pool area. Casa Gina is comprised of three buildings which is perfect for multi-generational family holidays who also want their own space and independence.

Two bedrooms are in the main house, one bedroom in the guest house and one bedroom in the cottage.

Main House

Upon entering Casa Gina, you find yourself in a charming and welcoming living area with comfy sofas and an open fireplace. From here you can also access a small wine cellar. The main kitchen in typical in Sicilian style and is located off the living area. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the outside. The second bedroom has twin beds with ensuite. There is also a laundry on this level which can also be accessed from the outside.

Guest House

The guest house is located next to the main house where you will find another double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs is a simple living area with dining table and small, basic kitchenette. A bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor.

Cottage

The cottage is slightly set back from the other buildings and has an open plan living area with sofa and table. There is also a small kitchenette with bathroom and shower. The bedroom is on the first floor in a mezzanine area.

Outdoors are plenty of areas to congregate whether it be under the Sicilian sun or in the shade. The main patio is located in front of the main house and is furnished with comfortable seating and alfresco dining table. There is even a small chapel in this area, adding a historical feel to Casa Gina. A vine-covered staircase leads down to the swimming pool which is gated. A seating area is found on the grass just above the pool, with a stylish sail offering shade from the midday sun. A nearby gazebo has a table that is ideal for an evening beverage. For easy outdoor dining, there is an alfresco kitchen area with BBQ and wood-burning oven.
