Overview

La Luce is a beautifully restored lighthouse with an exceptional seafront location in the quaint village of Brucoli. The villa boasts fabulous views over the sea towards Mt Etna from the wrap around terrace and roof terrace. Take just three steps down to the water front or take a short stroll to the nearby sandy beach where you can relax and take in the beautiful views.

Entering the villa, guests are greeted with an impressive display of exquisite Made in Italy designer furniture and ornaments. Each item has been carefully selected to reflect the highest standards of quality while prioritising eco-friendliness. The villa's open-plan living room boasts a spacious and bright atmosphere, furnished with chic sofas, a Smart TV, an open fireplace, and large windows that offer breathtaking sea views.

The adjoining kitchen and dining area features top-of-the-line equipment, providing guests with the opportunity to unleash their culinary creativity while taking in the magnificent sea views from the dining room's windows. A guest bathroom and an indulgent chromotherapy shower, which doubles as a Turkish bath, add a luxurious touch to the ground floor.

The first floor can be accessed via the living room's staircase and features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, all equipped with Molteni double beds. The bedrooms are illuminated by traditional arched windows that lend a unique character to each space. The first double bedroom features a bathtub designed by Antonio Lupi, situated within the bedroom itself, and a modern chromotherapy shower in the ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a chromotherapy shower offering sea views and a bathtub by the same designer. The third bedroom is equally elegant and inviting, with guests having access to the bathroom and shower room on the ground floor.

Spend your days at La Luce relaxing in the large heated jacuzzi with spectacular sea views. The wrap around terrace offers views of Mt Etna and is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the bbq. The roof terrace is an excellent place to enjoy sundowners with it's 360 degree views of the sea, next door castle and Mt Etna. Access to the roof terrace is via an external spiral staircase, exactly how the old lighthouse keepers would have done it. The lantern in the lighthouse still functions, making this a truly unique property.
