Set along the northern coast of Sicily, Villa Lavinia is a welcoming seaside retreat in a residential area near the village of Pollina. With direct access to a beautiful pebble beach and views across the Mediterranean, the villa is well suited to guests looking for a relaxed coastal holiday. The surrounding area offers a taste of authentic Sicilian life, with charming villages, local restaurants and vineyards to explore. The historic town of Cefalù, known for its impressive cathedral and picturesque old town, is around 25 minutes away by car, while Palermo is within reach for a day trip.
Villa Lavinia accommodates up to seven guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and private en-suite shower rooms, while a third queen bedroom and a single bedroom share a separate shower room. The living room provides a comfortable space to relax, with a generous sofa, fireplace and flat-screen television with Netflix access. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a large arched window that frames the surrounding views, creating a pleasant setting for preparing meals. A separate office offers a practical space for working or can be converted into an additional single bedroom on request. A laundry room adds further convenience for longer stays.
Outside, the villa’s furnished patio makes the most of its coastal position, with sea views providing a backdrop for relaxed outdoor living. The garden is planted with Mediterranean greenery and surrounds a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 8m by 3m. A six-person hot tub offers another place to unwind, while the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals in the open air. The terrace is ideal for watching the sun set over the sea, and an outdoor shower is useful after time spent at the beach. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, private parking and an electric vehicle charging point.
Villa Lavinia is particularly well placed for exploring the northern coast of Sicily. The nearby beach is easily accessible directly from the property, while Cefalù offers a lovely mix of historic architecture, narrow streets, independent shops and waterfront restaurants. Inland, the medieval town of Castelbuono is worth visiting for its castle, traditional atmosphere and renowned pastry shops.
