Overview

Villa Vittoria is a beautifully restored six-bedroom villa set on a quiet cliff overlooking the sea, with views towards Cefalù. Originally built in the 1950s and carefully restored by its architect owners, the villa combines its original character with a clean, contemporary style and a relaxed approach to indoor-outdoor living. Cefalù is around 10 minutes away by car, while the sea can be reached via a private stepped path.

The interiors are bright and uncluttered, with vintage ceramic floors, contemporary sofas and restored furniture creating a stylish yet comfortable feel. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, with a fireplace and direct access to the villa's expansive panoramic terrace. Large windows and the terrace make the most of the sea views, while a guest bathroom and laundry room complete this level.

The main villa has four air-conditioned queen bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to panoramic terraces. Three enjoy sea views, while the corner bedroom also has a bathroom with both a shower and bath. A separate annex, approximately 150 metres from the main villa, provides two further guests with a queen bedroom and private bathroom, as well as a small kitchen and sitting area with a full-size daybed.

Outside, the main villa's large furnished terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing and dining, with a dining table for up to ten guests and a shaded patio with a generous day-bed. The 8-metre swimming pool is located next to the annex, offering an additional space to unwind away from the main house. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and midweek housekeeping.

Villa Vittoria offers a peaceful setting away from the busier parts of Cefalù while remaining close enough to enjoy its restaurants, shops and beaches. Palermo is around 30 minutes away, and the villa is well placed for exploring Sicily's northern coast, with the Aeolian Islands also accessible for boat excursions.
