Overview

Villa Pearlescent is the ideal property for a large family or group of friends. Located in the small seaside town of Brolo on the northern coast of Sicily, shops, restaurants, bars and sandy beaches are on your doorstep. The popular town Capo d'Orlando is also within easy reach, where you can take a boat to visit the Aneolian Islands.

The villa itself is split into three separate apartments, making perfect for those who want to travel together but also have their own space.

Apartment one is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool. An open plan living and dining area with TV, sofa and dining table, as well as a kitchen, lead out to the patio which boasts an outdoor dining table. The double bedroom and twin room with bunk beds share a bathroom that is just along the corridor. The double room also has access to the pool area.

Apartment two is also on the ground floor and overlooks the gardens. The set up is very similar to the first apartment, with an open plan kitchen and living area as well as a double room and bunk bed twin room that share a bathroom. This apartment has a small patio that has views of the gardens.

Apartment three is located on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase. French doors in the open plan living area lead out to a wrap around balcony with lovely views of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. Also featuring a modern kitchen with dining area, sofa and TV, this two bedroom apartment has a double room with a balcony, and a smaller room with a French bed under the eves, both sharing a modern bathroom.

Spend your days at Villa Pearlescent relaxing by the large pool on comfortable sun loungers and under large umbrellas. A large outdoor dining table is sheltered under a gazebo and is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco meals cooked on the BBQ. Hold Ping Pong tournaments with your family and friends on the outdoor table.
