This recently renovated barn from1880 has a contemporary accent and features WiFi, air conditioning and a private SPA. The property spans over three levels and you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic vistas of the Tuscan countryside.

This rustic estate offers five bedrooms decorated in newclassic style with high-quality materials and elements by Italian artisans and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Casa Ritta offers 270 square meters of living space and 3.000 square meters of gardens. channels the Tuscan lifestyle as seen in movies.

At the main entrance of the house, there is an eye-catching 200 years old golden console. Sloped ceilings lend a rustic feel to the second-floor bedrooms. The villa is an example of rustic Tuscan architecture since this building was originally a barn, this rustic and delightful vibe is combined with contemporary touches, like a SPA set on the basement floor. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe, blending traditional and modern Tuscan architecture.

The kitchen has recently been rebuilt by the owner and features all the main equipment needed, like an oven, a microwave oven, a spacious refrigerator and a dishwasher. It features plenty of tools for cooking, including pots and pans and it is all at the guest's disposal.
