The living and kitchen  of Casa Rusca is open plan. The well equipped kitchen features 5 induction burners with Miele microwave, Miele oven, electric wine cellar, large fridge with integrated freezer and ice machine, dishwasher. There is a laundry room on one side of the open plan living area and indoor dining table with six seats the other side.  On the upper level is an air conditioned gym equipped with 1 elliptical, 1 dumbell and mat, 2 yoga mats, weights, foam cylinder, 1 elastic exercise band.

Outside is just as impresive with an infinity pool swimming pool which measure 13 by 7 metres.
