Set in the rolling hills of the Chianti countryside, Villa Campo Fiorito is a beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by six acres of gardens, lawns and woodland. With panoramic views across the surrounding valleys and medieval villages, the property offers a peaceful setting for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the best of rural Tuscany. The interiors combine the character of a traditional country house with contemporary design, featuring carefully chosen furnishings, distinctive patterns and textures, and individual decorative pieces that give each space its own personality.

The villa accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with the accommodation arranged across three separate buildings: the main villa, an adjoining guest house and an independent annex. This layout provides plenty of space for everyone to come together while allowing guests to enjoy additional privacy. Each building has its own living and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, making the property particularly well suited to multi-generational families or groups travelling together. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and the interiors blend the charm of an old Tuscan farmhouse with modern comforts.

Outside, the extensive grounds provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. A private swimming pool is set within a dedicated sunbathing area, with sweeping views across the valley and the medieval villages scattered throughout the landscape. The gardens offer a choice of places to unwind, while an outdoor lounge and dining area provide an inviting setting for relaxed meals and barbecues in the open air. With six acres of grounds to explore, there is ample space to enjoy the peaceful rural surroundings.

Villa Campo Fiorito is well placed for exploring the historic towns and countryside of Tuscany, with Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Colle di Val d’Elsa all within approximately an hour’s drive. The nearby medieval village can also be reached on foot via a scenic uphill country track, offering the opportunity to stop for coffee or sample local pastries at a traditional café. The wider Chianti region is renowned for its vineyards, wine tastings and regional cuisine, making it ideal for leisurely drives and days spent discovering local food and wine. Daily continental breakfast and housekeeping are included, adding convenience to the stay.
