Overview

Villa Chiara is a large 18th century Manor villa with a private swimming pool with its own small formal park and chapel. Villa Chiara is ideal for a large family or group of friends looking to spend quality time together in the Tuscan countryside.

The Manor House can sleep up to 20 people comfortably in ten bedrooms with nine bathrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and 8 of the bedrooms has private ensuite bathroom. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, ideal for a family with children, do share a bathroom.

Ground Floor:

large dining room opening via French windows both onto the front and back garden; traditional Tuscan-style kitchen; billiard room; small sitting room; laundry room; guest bathroom.

First Floor:

large living room with access to the garden via staircase; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower); double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower);

Second Floor:

3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower); 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom ( bathtub and separate shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).

There is a large dining table under a pergola in the well-kept garden, where guests can enjoy al-fresco dining. A beautiful, large swimming pool (18x8m) was installed at a short walk from the house and it is gated hence perfect for families travelling with young children.

For smaller groups Villa Chiara can be rented as a six bedroom option and other bedrooms will be locked off.

The helpful staff, who lives on the estate, is available to support their guests with cooking services from breakfast to dinner subject to additional cost.
