Set in the Tuscan countryside, between the wooded slopes of the Pratomagno mountains and the vineyards of the Upper Valdarno, Villa Le Ginestre is a beautifully restored farmhouse surrounded by a large private garden. Around 35 kilometres southeast of Florence, the villa offers a peaceful setting for families or groups of friends looking to explore Tuscany while enjoying plenty of space to relax. Traditional farmhouse character is combined with comfortable, contemporary amenities, creating a welcoming base for a countryside holiday.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including one with an accessible shower, while the remaining four are on the first floor. The interiors offer generous living space across both levels, with a bright main sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a second, more intimate lounge on the ground floor. Upstairs, a further sitting room opens onto a covered loggia overlooking the garden, providing an additional place to relax away from the main living areas. All bedrooms are equipped with a television, minibar, safe and coffee machine.
Outside, the spacious private garden provides plenty of room to enjoy the Tuscan sunshine. A heated 12-metre swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with loungers and parasols, making it an appealing feature beyond the height of summer. A covered gazebo with seating for up to 12 guests provides a lovely setting for outdoor meals, from leisurely lunches to relaxed evening dinners. Guests also have access to two communal tennis courts within the wider estate, offering an additional activity during their stay.
Villa Le Ginestre is well positioned for discovering the region, with Florence around 40 minutes away by car. The city’s Renaissance architecture, galleries, boutiques and restaurants make it an excellent destination for a day trip, while the nearby Chianti countryside is known for its vineyards, historic estates and traditional villages. Castellina, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are all worth exploring for wine tasting and local cuisine, while Arezzo and Siena offer further opportunities to discover Tuscany’s history and culture. Daily breakfast and housekeeping are included, adding convenience to the stay.
