Set in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Le Rondini is a beautifully restored farmhouse set within a private 12-acre estate in the Chianti countryside, between Florence and Siena. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees and rolling hills, the property offers a peaceful setting for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the region’s countryside and culture. Traditional features, including terracotta floors, whitewashed walls and exposed wooden beams, are complemented by elegant furnishings and modern comforts, creating a welcoming home with plenty of character.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, each individually furnished and enjoying views of the surrounding landscape. Some feature four-poster beds, while the living spaces combine antique pieces, quality fabrics and comfortable seating. An inviting living room with an open fireplace provides a place to gather, while the elegant dining room opens directly onto the garden and covered terrace. A separate study and library offer a quieter space to read or work during your stay.
Outside, the gardens slope gently towards a private swimming pool, surrounded by lawns, fruit trees and furnished terraces for relaxing in the sun. The estate is home to hundreds of olive and walnut trees, with woodland and a small river along its southern boundary adding to the rural setting. With generous outdoor space and views across the Chianti hills, it is an ideal place to enjoy long lunches, leisurely afternoons by the pool and evenings dining outside.
Villa Le Rondini is well positioned for exploring Tuscany, with Florence around 40 minutes away by car and the historic city of Siena also within reach. The nearby Chianti villages offer opportunities to visit local wineries, sample regional cuisine and explore the area’s historic streets and countryside. Combining the character of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with privacy, space and modern amenities, Villa Leonardo is a comfortable base for discovering one of Italy’s best-loved regions.
