The villa accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, both located on the first floor and featuring en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom can be arranged with either a king-size bed or twin beds and benefits from air conditioning. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV opens directly onto the garden. An arched opening connects the lounge to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a sociable space for preparing meals and spending time together.

Outside, a private swimming pool enjoys views across the surrounding countryside, with a furnished panoramic terrace and pergola providing welcome shade during the warmer months.
