Overview

La Villa is a wonderful six bedroom villa immersed in the green of the Umbrian hills and located in the area of the middle valley of the Tevere. The property is located 450 metres above sea level and nestled in 65 hectares - 6.5 of which is dedicated to grapes production.

La Villa is classic in Italian architecture combined with modern interiors. There are 2 luxury bedrooms and 2 studios in the main house and an adjoining house has 2 apartments with an integrated kitchen.  All bedrooms feature ensuite bathroom and are air conditioned.

The wide living room in the main house is bright during the day thanks to the large glass windows. You can enjoy the spectacular views of Perugia and revel in the tranquility.

Outside you can enjoy the stunning infinity pool which measures over 20 metres in length with views over the vineyard. There is plenty of outdoor living space with sun loungers, alfresco dining, BBQ, terrace and patio. The sunset at the end of the pool is a special highlight for many guests.
