Villa Penhasco has outstanding sea-views in a private and secluded cliffside position. This beautiful countryside villa has a private heated pool and contemporary living area including an open plan kitchen and dining area. These areas lead onto a large patio area overlooking the pool and solarium, where stunning panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.

Inside Villa Penhasco you will find a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all modern amenities, the lounge area is open plan and has a flat screen TV with DVD and a dining table suitable for 6 people with views over the pool and out to sea.

The bedrooms feature air conditioning and benefits from sea views. Tthe master bedroom in the west wing has a double bed and en-suite shower room, whilst the east wing has another double bedroom with en-suite and the third has two single beds with en-suite shower room.

Villa Penhasco is secure and private with an outdoor pool (optionally heated) six sun bed loungers and outdoor dining table, there is also a large built in wood and coal barbecue, so that you can enjoy warm evenings dining and enjoying the panoramic views.

Within a short walking distance you will find a local supermarket, cafe's and restaurants or slightly further you have Calheta with a sandy beach and beautiful Marina where sailing, diving & fishing is available.
