Four Seasons Fairways is an exclusive private members’ club at the heart of Quinta do Lago. 132 luxury villas and apartments blend the finest traditions of Portuguese architecture with beautiful landscaped gardens. 

Each of the imaginatively designed properties has its own individual swimming pool or outdoor Jacuzzi situated on a private terrace with BBQ. There is a selection of styles that will suite all groups, including two and three bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom villas. Facilities include en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens with all appliances including: dishwasher, microwave, freezer – even a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, air cooling for the summer months, heating for the cooler winter months, satellite television, direct dial telephones and Wi-Fi connection.

The newly refurbished clubhouse has two restaurants and a bar as well as heated outdoor and indoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, a well-equipped gym, tennis, golf office and a beauty & wellness centre. A general store is also available stocking everything from freshly baked bread and local wines to international newspapers and toiletries. As a guest at Four Seasons Fairways you are entitled to reduced green-fees for the majority of the golf courses nearby. These discounts vary between 20% and 52% with other special offers available.
