Overview

Villa Amanda is a lovely four bedroom villa in the Quinta do Mar development, located between the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the heart of the Golden Triangle. The villa is only a short walk to the golden sand beaches on the coast and is also close to several golf courses. 

A big feature of this villa is that it is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp up to the front door and the entire ground floor including the pool terrace is wheelchair friendly. There is also a lift to take gusts to the first floor. 

The ground floor is home to a large light and airy living room that leads through to the pool deck, as well as a formal dining room and a full kitchen with utility area. There is also a separate TV room/snug as well as two ensuite twin bedrooms, one of which opens out onto the pool deck. 

The master bedroom can be found on the first floor and features a private south facing terrace. The final 4th bedroom is also located on this level. 

The basement has been designed with fun in mind, with a large open plan area and pool and table tennis tables.
