Villa Gondra is an elegant and contemporary 5 bedroom villa located in Quinta do Lago. This immaculate villa has been decorated to a high standard surrounded by a landscaped garden which also features a putting green.

Ground floor bedrooms - 

The Grey Room -This twin bedroom (which can be configured as a double upon request) has an en-suite bathroom with a bath , doors to the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens, a flat screen TV and separate dressing room.

The Light Pink Room -  This bedroom can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom and has direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool / garden area. There are two relaxing chairs and a coffee table in this bedroom terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower unit , flat screen TV and walk-in closet.

Upper floor bedrooms - 

The DKNY Master suite - This master suite can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom. It features a beautiful DKNY head board, a lovely chaise longue that overlooks the garden, wall mounted flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with double wash basins and separate shower, walk-in closet, Juliet balcony overlooking the garden and putting green, music system.

The Brown Room -  This bedroom interconnects with the DKNY master suite, but can be used as a separate room. It features a pullout sofa bed and a nice wooden round table overlooking the private terrace and garden.The bedroom’s private terrace is where you can enjoy the sun on the relaxed sofas/chairs, whilst overlooking the pool and the beautiful gardens.

The White Master Suite - This master suite has a king size bed (1,80 metres x 2 metres) with a big wooden panel bed board. With a private dressing area, Juliet balcony with admirable garden views, flat screen TV, Music System and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower overlooking a fantastic country view.

A living area, indoor dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor of Villa Gondra. The living room overlooks the pool, garden and lounge terrace and is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and an Italian Wood Coffee Table and is the perfect place to spend cost evenings socialising or watching the TV or listening to music via the music system with iPod dock. An additional TV room is located on the lower level and is equipped with a smart TV with music system, a Playstation 3 and is the ideal place for children to be on their own playing with the PlayStation or watching movies.

The living room leads through to the dining room, where there is a large Italian wooden table and can comfortably sit up to 10 guests. The dining room has direct access to the bBQ terrace, gardens and pool as well as the adjacent kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with a separate big freezer and big fridge, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, big oven, an island with electric & gas hobs and extractor.

You can choose to enjoy fresh meals on the covered barbeque terrace overlooking the pool and the lounge terrace/ garden area. There are 2 daybeds for relaxing as well as 8 sun loungers. The swimming pool is the centre point of the garden and measured 12 x 6  metres.

Villa Gondra is situated in an ideal position and within walking distance of Quinta Shopping and Buganvilia Plaza, where you find a good range of restaurants, bars, shops, a disco, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The nearest beaches of Quinta do Lago is only 4 kms away.
