Overview

Casa Vista Mare is located on the cliff top of Praia de Salema, facing south, with breath-taking ocean views over Salema beach and the amazing coastline. This wonderful villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 persons. The interior is modern in design with African influences and the vast indoor living spaces has an abundance of natural light thanks to the large windows.

The entry level  of Casa Vista Mare has a welcome hallway that leads into a contemporary living area decorated with warm and exotic elements. Features include flat screen TV and fireplace. A large, fully equipped kitchen is to the left of the living room and has all that you would expect - side-by-side fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster. The pantry and laundry are equipped with washing and drying machines, iron and ironing board. The indoor dining area has table and seating for 8 guests and leads out onto a terrace where you alfresco dining can be enjoyed. Here you will find a portable BBQ and stunning views of the coastline.

To the right of the living room is a bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV, ocean views and direct access out onto the terrace as well as to the lower terrace. A shower room is located in front of the bedroom.

Outside on this level is the infinity pool which can be heated. The terrace is fully furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor including the master bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room. The two guest bedrooms each have double bed and flat screen TV. There is a separate shower room.

All rooms have natural light and access to a large terrace, overlooking the coastline and the nearby Salema beach.
