Overview

Villa Vista Do Oceano is a six bedroom villa located on the cliff top of Praia de Salema and boasts spectacular ocean views over Salema beach and the amazing coastline. This luxury and contemporary villa can accommodate 12 guests and spans 3 storeys.

The interior is ultra modern in interior design.  You enter via a large, sunlit hall on the ground level. To the right is one of the bedrooms which features a double bed and large flat screen TV, direct access to the pool area, separate shower room and office. To the left of the hall is a spacious dining room with seating for 10 persons, with a split-level living room. The living room has comfortable seating, fireplace and TV. This leads out onto an alfresco dining area with table and chairs for 8 persons, a portable BBQ and east and west facing terraces with views of the ocean.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with with fridge/freezer, induction hob (electric), dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, table and chairs for 4 persons.

Upstairs are three ocean views bedrooms, with large double beds, ensuite bathroom and large flat screen TV. Two of the en-suites are full bathrooms and one is a shower ensuite.

One bedroom is located mid-level and features double bed, ensuite shower room and dressing room.

A self-contained apartment occupies the lower level and has living area, TV, dining area with table and chairs for 4 persons, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, ensuite shower room as well as a separate full bathroom. There is an expansive terrace overlooking the beach.
