Villa Demi is a stylish and modern four bedroom villa in the heart of Vale do Lobo. The property is only a short walk to the beach and Praça, the resort area's main hub with shops, bars, tennis courts and entertainment. 

Guests will arrive into the light, bright the entrance hall which leads through to the open plan living and dining area along with the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole family from fresh local produce. The whole front of this area is made of floor to ceiling glass doors that open out onto the white dining terrace and infinity pool. This partially covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, while a few steps down, a wooden deck is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the view. 

A second living area is located downstairs along with garage access, a sauna and large walk in shower. A few steps down from here is where the four bedrooms can be found. All four bedrooms are ensuite and south west facing, with large double patio doors. The master suite is located on the end and boasts a centred double bed, a walk in closet and a fully equipped bathroom with double sinks and large glass windows with a sea view. 

The top floor is a split level roof terrace with a seating area and fire pit. It is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or cold beer.
