Casa Flamenco, built in 2021, is a stylish and modern five bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the gated community Los Flamingos in the New Golden Mile. For those wanting to visit downtown Marbella it is a 30 minute drive away and beautiful sandy beaches are only a 7 minute drive away. For golf enthusiasts there are several courses within easy reach.

Spread across three levels, guests will notice the calming neutral tones of the furnishings and fittings in the villa. The ground floor is home to a spacious open plan living and dining room with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors stretching the full length of the room, letting in all the natural light. The kitchen sits at the end of this room and is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an ensuite shower room, a king bed and access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts a king bed, dressing area and a private terrace with 360 degree sea views. The final bedroom is located in the basement level and features a king bed as well as an additional room with a sofa bed, ideal for a child or teen, along with a shower room.
