Casa Olive is a modern seven bedroom villa located in the sought after area of Nueva Andalucía. Surrounded by golf clubs and only a five minute drive to the stylish Puerto Banus with its lovely restaurants and beach, it is the perfect place to spend your next Spanish holiday with friends or family.

Set across three levels, the villa has multiple places to relax and enjoy the warm Spanish weather in style and luxury. Entering at ground level through the grand main entrance you will find a large, comfortable living room with direct access out to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen has all the fixtures and appliances needed to accommodate groups up to 16 including multiple refrigerators, a wine cooler and ice machine. Conveniently, there is also a laundry room located on this level as well as a cinema/games room and outdoor gym equipment.

Stepping out to the terrace you will find a five person jacuzzi and a wonderful infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing during the day. A large BBQ is perfect for cooking alfresco meals with delicious local produce.

Five of the bedrooms are located on the ground level. Two have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, one has two king beds and an en-suite, and the final two king rooms share a bathroom. Several of these bedrooms have access to the pool terrace. The two master suites are located on the first floor and both have king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The two master suites also have access to the partly covered bar and lounge area on the first floor. Head up the stairs from here to the roof terrace where you can relax in the eight person jacuzzi whilst enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding valley.
