Spanning 420m2, the spacious villa accommodates 8 adults across 4 en-suite bedrooms, offering 5 bathrooms in total and a guest WC for optimal privacy and comfort. 

The ground floor features a well-equipped, open kitchen with a sleek white design and natural wood accents, including a central island/breakfast bar with high back stools. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a beautifully designed dining room with solid wood and leather chairs by the renowned designer Timothy Oulton – London. This area extends to a lounge space furnished with stylish sofas where you can unwind and enjoy the Apple TV system or simply relax to classic Balearic beats on the sound system. Admire the garden, terraces, and pool area with a backdrop of the sea and spectacular sunsets. 

The lower floor boasts a large entertainment area with a TV room (Apple TV) and lounge for family enjoyment. Additionally, it includes a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. 

Outside at Villa Can Silenci, you will find a beautifully maintained garden featuring a variety of Mediterranean plants, including olive trees, bougainvillea, euphorbias, abelia, erigeron, tubalghia, and gaura. 

The L-shaped infinity swimming pool offers the option for heating at an additional cost (€500 per week). The chic outdoor dining area and covered lounge areas, with luxury Italian design furniture, provide an ideal setting to relax and enjoy uninterrupted views of unforgettable sunsets. 

The villa's prime location means that you are close to great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and some of the island's best beaches, all within a 5-minute car journey. Cala Conta beach, with its crystal-clear blue water, is within walking distance, allowing for a leisurely stroll to the famous Sunset Ashram restaurant & bar. Further along the coast lies the hidden gem, Cala Escondida, offering breathtaking sunsets and views across to the island of S'illa Del Bosc. 

Luxurious beach clubs such as CBBC and Cotton Beach Club are a short drive away, along with the magnificent Time & Space sculptures in Can Soleil, and the Luxury 7 Pines Resort just 3 minutes from the house.
