Casa Andres is a modern five bedroom Ibizan villa located just 150m from the beach at Cala Tarida, one of Ibiza’s most magnificent resort beaches. On Ibiza’s west coast, the fine white sand and beautiful turquoise and emerald green waters of Cala Tarida are popular with families and groups. Bars, restaurants, volleyball, water sports, and a diving school can all be enjoyed from its shoreline. 

There are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, whether you are looking for a sunny terrace overlooking the sea, the perfect sunset spot, or a cool terrace with romantic daybed where you can simply chill. An al-fresco dining table, seating ten, sits on the terrace overlooking the Casa Andres' infinity pool and the bay. Or, hidden behind the property, a second al-fresco dining table, with barbeque, provides a more secluded place to dine outside. 

Inside, the bright interiors include a large living space with lounge seating in a soft sea green under a double-height ceiling, and a dining table, seating ten, which overlooks the pool and bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals with delicious fresh igredients. On the top floor around the atrium, a chair perches on the glass floor. A peaceful spot from which to enjoy the beautiful sea views, this area opens onto an upper terrace with sun loungers. 

The villas five bedrooms are split across the main house and a separate apartment, making it ideal for families travelling together or a couple looking for additional privacy. Three of the ensuite double bedrooms can also be converted to twins, as well as the double room in the annex. The master suite is a large double with an en-suite with jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
